About the Workout Plan

About the Nutrition plan
When it comes to losing body fat and leaning down, your diet is critical. But that said, it doesn’t have to be brutal.
Believe it or not, you CAN eat in a way that keeps you in a calorie deficit (necessary for losing fat) while also eating BIG meals that keep you satiated.

Who is it NOT for?
The Warrior Shredding Program is not a “bulking” program. It will help you build strong, dense and SOLID muscles, but it’s not the ideal protocol if you’re trying to put on a lot of size.
I have other courses if that’s your goal, notably my Greek God Muscle Building Program. So if you want to just build muscle add mass in a proportionate way, then I’d check that out instead of the Warrior Shredding Program…
But if you want to get shredded and achieve crazy levels of leanness and muscle definition, then the Warrior Shredding Program is what you’ll want to start with.
